Black Garlic Salt (80gm) / $5

Aged black garlic, slowly dried and then crushed with Australian sea salt.

Delicious seasoning for a wide variety of foods, our favourite is sprinkled of roasted potatoes, or to season a ribeye of beef. 

Chilli & Kaffir Lime Salt (80gm) / $5

As the name suggest a classic south East Asian combination. Lifts fresh salads, noodles, or a great seasoning for seafood & white meats. 

Wakame & Lemon Myrtle Salt (80gm) / $5

Dried wakame & native Australia lemon myrtle add a breath of the ocean and a hit of piquancy. Works fantastic on all things seafood! 

Orange, Saltbush & Sage Salt (80gm) / $5

Sea salt infused with dried orange, fresh sage & native saltbush, delicious on poultry and white meats 

Porcini Mushroom & Lemon Butter (125gm) / $8

Porcini mushroom, lemon zest, Australian butter, verjuice and thyme infused into butter and set into cylinders. Just slice and melt atop of your steak, add a dollop to enrichen your risotto or soups, or lather on fresh bread. 

Duck Fat (200gm) / $5

Rendered Australian Duck fat, perfect for roast potatoes, vegetables or the classic duck confit! 

Ramen Broth (600ml) / $9

Roasted chicken and pork bones slowly simmered for 8 hours with shiitake mushroom, seaweed ginger, spring onions & soy. The perfect base to a classic Ramen Shoyu!

Slow roasted beef, garlic, red wine jus and mushroom wrapped in puff pastry. Bake in the pre heated oven At 185 Celsius for 20-25 mins (already pre-egg washed) 

Classic Reef Fish Stock / $6

Classic fish stock using very gelatinous coral trout frames slowly cooked with leeks, celery, onion, fennel, star anise, dill & garlic. Perfect for a classic boullibase, veloute, or seafood chowder. Stored frozen.
